MatsuriCon is happy to be hosted by the newly-renovated Hyatt Regency Columbus located in Downtown Columbus, OH right off of I-670/I-71 for the rate of only $118 a night. All rooms come with what you’ve come to enjoy in a hotel room. Be sure to check the hotel’s website for a full list of amenities and pictures of the guest rooms!

Parking
Matsuricon has negotiated with the hotel for discounted parking at the chestnut street garage (connected via the covered walkway). The rate is $8 and includes “in and out” privileges.

Directions
The hotel provides a fee based shuttle service to and from CMH (Columbus International Airport). The hotel is also easily available by COTA for local attendees that want to take the bus. There is also tons of valet, garage and surface parking attached or within an easy walk.

Do you need any more reason to stay with us at the Hyatt for
Matsuricon? Well, we have one more reason for you – be a Matsuricon
VIP when you stay at the Hyatt with us! If you have a room at the
Hyatt, then there is nothing else to do other than letting the Hyatt
know who is in your room – make sure that there are only a maximum of
4 people in your room, because we will only give a maximum of 4 VIP
badges for each room.

What is in this VIP package? the VIP package will contain the following:

– a special version of our 2013 attendee badge
– a “year specific” lanyard to identify VIP attendees
– a percentage off of our “Matsuricon Merchandise” – new for 2013
– a special *meet and greet* with Matsuricon guests for VIP badge holders ONLY
– early access to the dealer room
– and more items as we announce them!

More to come as we update, but in order to take advantage of this, you
MUST be staying at the Hyatt Regency for the weekend and already
checked in with the front desk. Make sure that everyone in your room
is listed, because everyone who is in your room can take advantage of
the VIP package, up to 4 people total. Help us sell out the Hyatt
