Kyle Hebert is a Los Angeles-based anime and video game voice actor whose credits include Street Fighter IV (Ryu), Naruto (Kiba), Bleach (Aizen, Ganju), and Gurren Lagann (Kamina).  He is best known as the Narrator and teen Gohan from Dragonball Z.
