Flyer.Distribution

Share Responsibly, Keep the Venue Moving

Flyers are welcome with Matsuricon approval. Follow these guidelines so promotion stays helpful, tidy, and accessible to everyone in the venue.

Approved Distribution

Coordinate first, then hand flyers directly to interested attendees.
  1. Get approval first

Email Matsuricon before distributing flyers so the team can confirm consent and help with placement.

  2. Use public areas

Approved flyers may be handed out in public areas such as the atrium and food court.

  3. Keep traffic moving

If distribution blocks traffic, Matsuricon or the venue may ask you to stop while a more suitable area is found.

Do Not Leave Flyers Behind

Unattended stacks create clutter and may be removed.

Flyers may not be placed on surfaces or left around the venue without explicit permission from Matsuricon.
